What our graduates say
Check out what our graduates have gone on to do and how studying at Kingston helped them achieve their goals.

Name: Diana Fenton
Course: Employment Law LLM
"I had worked as a management consultant for many years specialising in the field of management and personal development. I wanted to extend my expertise so that I could also provide advice about the full range of human resources (HR) and employment matters.
I decided on Kingston to be my university of choice as it was one of a small number of universities that offered an LLM in Employment Law and it is near where I live in Epsom. The course was also designed to be attended around full-time working commitments as the lectures were scheduled in the evening. Since finishing my degree, my career consists of running a successful business with my husband offering a wide range of clients outsourced HR and employment law advice together with management consultancy for developing their people and their organisations. It is essential in order to do this that we both have an outstanding knowledge of employment law.
My husband also studied Employment Law LLM with Kingston. The degree has affected my life as there is a tremendous sense of achievement and freedom in running one's own business and I really enjoy giving advice on the myriad of employment law issues that are presented to us each day. It seems to me that employment law sits at the centre of all the human issues that face organisations today. I also love being involved with so many different organisations and their staff. Kingston offered me the chance to study for an excellent vocational qualification and this in turn has enabled me to run a successful and fulfilling business."
