About
I am senior lecturer in the areas of computer science and games development. My research interests are in teaching and learning technologies as well as in digital imaging for quantitative microscopy.

My research is in the field of bio-imaging. This encompasses research in algorithms and techniques for the segmentation and tracking of live cell-imaging sequences as well as the computer aided analysis of spatio-temporal properties of individual cells and cell clusters.
