About
I am a Research Fellow at Kingston University, working on a Nuffield Foundation-funded project that explores young people’s digital use, specifically how psychologists and psychotherapists address this issue in therapy sessions. I completed my PhD in France at the University of Savoie Mont Blanc, focusing on adolescent sleep with a focus on family dynamics. During my PhD, I also worked as a psychologist with ethnic minorities and isolated women in France, which deepened my interest in transcultural perspectives and trauma related issues. As part of this work, I also trained in EMDR therapy.
My research interests include adolescence, risk-taking behaviours, and transcultural psychology, particularly in relation to mental health.
Today, alongside my research, I also provide online psychotherapy sessions to clients in France and teach online for Swiss institutions.
