About
Dr N’guessan is a Lecturer in Management Accounting and Course Director for the BSc Business Management and Accounting programme.
He has extensive experience in designing and delivering management accounting modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, embedding current industry practices and professional standards. His teaching philosophy combines rigorous scholarship with creative pedagogy to prepare future-ready graduates.
Kevin holds a PhD in Accounting, a Master of Research, and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and holds the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting. His research interests include earnings management, executive compensation, textual analysis and sustainability reporting under IFRS standards.
