About
I joined Kingston University in 2020 as a Research Associate on the Growing Older - Planning Ahead study. This study aims to co-design resources to support older people with learning disabilities and their families to plan for the future.
I am a qualitative health researcher and my primary research interests are decision-making for people with learning disabilities and their families, healthcare communication, and end-of-life care.
Prior to joining the university, I completed a PhD in Palliative Care and Conversation Analysis at UCL. My thesis explored communication between senior hospice clinicians and the families of patients at the end of life.
