About
I am currently working as a Lecturer in Strategy and International Business in the Department of Strategy, Marketing, and Innovation at Kingston Business School. Before joining KBS, I worked as Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi, India in Strategy area for two years. I have a PhD in Strategic Management from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, India. Before starting my career in management and academia, I gained a Bachelor in Technology in Information Technology and worked as project engineer with an international software firm.
My primary research interest lies in the areas of employee mobility, emerging market firms, entry mode, interorganisational networks. If you are interested in me supervising your research (PhD), send me an email with a brief abstract of your proposal and a short CV.

I teach and lead International Business Practice module for BSc International Business final year students. For MSc International Business Management, I teach and lead Design Thinking in International Business.
Courses taught
My primary research interest is in international business focusing on innovation and sustainability of emerging market firms. My work has been published in European Management Journal and also presented at several international conferences.
I have also reviewed manuscripts for journals such as Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of International Management, and Cross-cultural and Strategic Management.
As co-investigator, I secured an internal research grant from BPP/KERI (£8250) in 2024.
