About
Cristina Iodice is a sustainability educator, industry specialist, and former senior executive with over 20+ years of experience across international fashion, business strategy, and global market development. She previously held leadership roles at Guess, Furla SpA, Sprint, and JP Morgan, where she led European and global sales divisions, oversaw complex go-to-market strategies, and guided international brand expansion across diverse retail and e-commerce landscapes.
Cristina lectures on the MA Art Business programme at Kingston University, where she supports postgraduate students in developing a rigorous, critical understanding of the business dimensions of the cultural and creative industries. Her teaching bridges academic frameworks with the realities of professional practice, drawing on her extensive background in global commerce, leadership, and market dynamics.
Alongside her role at Kingston, Cristina is a Senior Lecturer at Ravensbourne University London and a guest speaker at several UK institutions, where she teaches Business Marketing, Sustainability, and Purpose-Driven Business. Her pedagogical approach is grounded in experiential and applied learning, with a particular focus on engaging international student cohorts and helping them navigate the complexities of global markets and sustainability transitions.
Beyond her academic roles, Cristina is deeply engaged in climate and sustainability education. She is a trained facilitator in Climate Fresk, Circular Collage, and Carbon Literacy, and has developed and accredited her own Carbon Literacy module, which she delivers through interactive, action-oriented workshops. Her current academic and professional interests centre on sustainability literacy, behavioural change, and the integration of playful, purpose-led methodologies into higher education.
Cristina is committed to inspiring meaningful change through education, engagement, and the development of inclusive, sustainability-driven learning experiences.
