Employers, prospective employers, other educational institutions, funding bodies or recognised voluntary organisations may request information on a student's educational attainments. The University can supply information, only with the graduate's permission.
We aim to reply to all award verification requests from third parties within 10 working days.
Requests carry a service charge of £12 per search undertaken* and can be made via the online store.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email, and carry out the search. In order for us to release the results of the search to you, you must attach a signed consent from the graduate as a reply to our confirmation email.
Our award verification will then be sent to you via email. Please note, the signed graduate consent must be sent within 21 days of the original request, in order to be processed. After this time a new order will need to be placed, and a further £12 payment made.
*Please note payments are non-refundable once we have received your request.
