Facilities hire

Kingston School of Art has studio and workshop facilities that have been described as "world-class" by the Design Museum. These facilities are available for commercial hire. Clients can use the workshops for design development and experimentation, piloting, prototyping and research insight. Hire will be supported by our committed and knowledgeable technicians.

We offer dedicated workshops for:

• Digital scanning and printing, including digital printing for fabric
• Filming, including studios and post-production to broadcast quality
• Knitting
• Laser engraving
• Metalworking, welding and casting
• Model-making
• Photography, including studios and digital and traditional developing
• Plaster
• Printing
• Sewing
• Woodworking

In addition, clients can arrange to consult our Learning Resource Centre, a collection of conventional and digital reference and resource materials for art and design.

Finally, Kingston School of Art also offers expert consultancy advice on all the media described. We have vast experience of design and prototype development, including award-winning products and innovations.
