The Kingston MBA Scholarship
Kingston Business School is proud to offer a scholarship of £5,000 towards tuition fees for self-funded candidates starting in September 2026 on our Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Boost your career in business with our AMBA-accredited Master of Business Administration (MBA).
On this course, we blend academic excellence with real-world business challenges to inform tomorrow’s leaders. If you strive for business innovation and leadership transformation, an MBA might be the right path for you.
Whether you are looking to advance your career, increase your employability or move internationally, the Kingston MBA Scholarship can provide the stepping stone to help you achieve your career goals.
To be considered for the MBA Scholarship, you must:
- Hold an offer for the MBA
- Be responsible for paying your own tuition fees (including if you use a UK Postgraduate Loan). The scholarship is not available if your fees are paid directly by an external sponsor such as an employer, government, or embassy.
You will automatically be considered for the Kingston MBA Scholarship if you receive an offer to study for the Master of Business Administration (MBA).
If you are eligible for the self-funded scholarship, you will receive confirmation of this in your offer letter. The scholarship will be automatically applied to your tuition fee invoice, so no separate application is required.
The Kingston Impact Scholarship
Are you switching careers, stepping out of a venture, or taking a bold leap into business leadership? The Kingston Impact Scholarship could be for you.
The Kingston Impact Scholarship awards a £5,000 tuition fee contribution to two MBA students who bring a non-traditional path to postgraduate business education. The scholarship reflects a belief that the best leaders come from everywhere, and that diverse experience, bold decisions, and the courage to reinvent yourself are exactly the qualities that drive better business.
To be considered for the Kingston Impact Scholarship you must:
- be making a significant professional transition, moving away from a different industry or function
OR
- coming from a background of founding or running your own venture.
Your application will be judged on the following.
- Transformation story
The clarity and authenticity with which you describe your career switch or entrepreneurial journey, and what drove your decision to pursue an MBA at this stage in your career. - Leadership potential
Evidence of initiative, influence or impact in your current or previous roles, regardless of seniority or sector. - Vision
A compelling account of the change you intend to create in your career, your organisation or your industry, and how the Kingston MBA is the bridge to get there. - Contribution to diversity of thought
How your non-traditional path, sector background or lived experience will enrich the cohort and the wider business community.
To apply for the Kingston Impact Scholarship, submit a personal statement of no more than 500 words, responding to:
"Describe the pivot that brought you here, and the one you're building towards."
Applications for September 2026 entry close on 29 May.
