About
I joined Kingston University London in 2019 as a Lecturer in Occupational and Business Psychology and, since September 2024, have served as Course Director for the MSc Occupational and Business Psychology programme within Kingston Business School.
At Kingston, I teach across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including the BSc Business Management and MSc Global HRM. My teaching focuses on the application of psychological theory and evidence-based practice to contemporary workplace challenges, with particular interests in employee well-being, inclusion, and organisational effectiveness.
Before joining Kingston, I spent 16 years working in research and held positions at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School), St George's University of London, and University of Bristol.
I am a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, as well as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. I am also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor with MHFA England, delivering training to professionals and organisations to promote psychologically healthy workplaces and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
I hold a PhD in Exercise and Health Sciences from the University of Bristol, an MSc in Business Psychology from University of Westminster, and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Deree College, The American College of Greece.
