Clayhill, Kingston University, Burney Avenue, Surbiton, Surrey KT5 8DF
Trains run regularly from London Waterloo to Surbiton station (midweek 10 trains per hour, journey times 15-32 minutes). For further information, visit the National Rail Enquiries website.
The University has limited on-site parking facilities and prioritises staff during core working hours (Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm). Staff must apply online for an electronic car parking permit for which an administrative fee is payable according to salary grade. All car parks operate on a first-come, first-served basis. As part of the University's policy to reduce private car travel to our sites, we provide a free intersite bus service which operates 50 weeks of the year, with peak services during term-time and half hourly services during holiday periods. All car park users agree to the University car parking terms and conditions.
Parking enforcement measures are in operation at all sites. Parking control notices (PCNs) will be issued for any vehicles not registered and where a vehicle is parked in breach of the on-site instructions and the University car parking terms and conditions.
Vehicles are parked at the user's own risk and the University accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property brought onto our sites.
Parking is limited at the University's town centre sites (Penrhyn Road, Kingston School of Art at Knights Park, River House), so you may have to use one of the public pay-and-display car parks nearby. Visit the Kingston Council website for further information.
Free car parking is available on all sites for blue badge holders.
Please visit the undergraduate Open Days page for further information.
There is a network of cycle routes adjacent to most university sites. Cycle parking facilities are available on all sites, including halls of residence. For further information, visit the Cycle Kingston website.
