  • A recognised International Foundation Year programme, or:
  • One year completed at a recognised university (70% average)
Postgraduate

Bachelor degree (4 years) from any institution on ECCTIS

  • UK 2:1 equivalent: 70% / 3.0, or Grade B
  • UK 2:2 equivalent: 65% / 2.8, or Grade C

UK visa requirements for Japan

Students from Japan coming to study in the UK must obtain prior entry clearance and therefore need to apply for a visa

You will need to show details of your acceptance onto a course, your offer letter and evidence of sufficient funding to support your education and living expenses while you are in the UK.
