Close to Kingston town centre, this lively campus has a buzz day and night and is the main hub of student activity. It is the base for the Union of Kingston Students and the fitness and health centres, so students from all campuses use this site from time to time.
The Penrhyn Road campus has grown around the four-storey main building, a hub for university activity as it houses the student restaurant and library, as well as lots of teaching rooms. The University is developing a new Town House at Penrhyn Road, due to open in 2019. Facilities will include a learning resources centre, a covered courtyard, cafés and a welcoming and attractive new landscaping scheme across the front of the campus. We began construction in April 2017 and the new building and landscaping will be ready for when students start in 2019.
