For schools and community
The Faculty offers a range of activities for schools and the community, with the aim of increasing awareness of higher education and encouraging young people to consider the opportunities available to them. We have recently invested in a new science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) outreach centre and two mobile laboratories allowing us to deliver a full programme of exciting and informative activities at the University or at a location of your choice.
For businesses
The Faculty of Engineering, Computing and the Environment has a long tradition of working with businesses, providing research, commercial support and scientific insight that might otherwise not be available. With a wide breadth of expertise, from cyber security to mechanical engineering, we can help you meet your business objectives whether you operate in the private or public sector, or are a large company or small enterprise.
