Dr Lilith Arevshatian

About

I am a psychologist with two Masters degrees (Occupational Psychology and Research) and a PhD, and am the Course Director for the MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology programme. I teach Research Methods, Organisational Behaviour, and Human Resource Management at both UG, PG, and doctorate levels. My inter-disciplinary research interests bring together Occupational Psychology and Human Resource Management (HRM) and I am the Head of the Well-being at Work Research Group. My research areas are well-being, and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).

Some of my ongoing projects include understanding so-called 'dirty' work, investigating the health and well-being of LGBT young adults and gender-variant workers, and reducing misogyny both online and in real-life.
