Dr Vincent Lau

Principal lecturer

I completed my PhD at Dundee University. My research interests lie in the areas of computer aided geometric design, curves and surfaces modelling and internet programming. In recent years, I have focused on better and more effective techniques for learning and teaching. In particular, the effective delivery of teaching materials and on rapid feedback and feed-forward methodologies.

Currently, I have teaching responsibilities in the general areas of engineering mathematics, computational mathematics and Matlab programming.

Personally, I enjoy good food, beer, playing (poorly) chess, non-fiction and hiking.
