I joined academia in 2002 as a Senior Lecturer from having worked in industry for 14 years, namely the pharmaceutical and management consultant industries, where I undertook various sales, marketing, business development and strategy roles nationally as well as internationally. Within academia I worked for Thames Valley for 2 years prior to to joining Kingston University in 2004. With regards to teaching and learning I have taught and been responsible (as a module leader) for a number of modules within the Strategic Management, Corporate Social Responsibility / Sustainability, Sales and Marketing subject areas at both undergraduate and Postgraduate Levels. In addition I have been a Course Leader for the Chartered Institute of Marketing Postgraduate Diploma as well as the Diploma of the Market Research Society. Currently I am responsible (Module Leader) for all marketing modules on the Kingston MBA & Global Corporate Governance & Sustainability at Undergraduate Level. My current research interests are in the area of sensemaking processes involving interactive, inter-relational networks in identifying sustainability issues and developing sustainability innovations. I am also interested in the dynamic interactive relational processes involved in Digital Marketing.
