Mr Keith Davies

Associate Professor

About

I have taught probation and social work students initially in practice and then in higher education for twenty five years and my practice background is as a probation officer. I currently lead the BA Social Work in Gibraltar having previously led the the BA Social Work at Kingston. My recent teaching has been in ethics and diversity, human growth and development, youth justice and leadership whilst my academic interests have focused on the Troubled Families Programme (TFP). I have edited books on the TFP and on Skills for Social Work Practice. This year I have traveled to Japan and to Poland to speak with social workers and probation officers.
