Mrs Fiona Firth

I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990, and have experience of working in a variety of property sectors.  These include a County Council, a private housing developer, a firm of Chartered Surveyors in Central London advising clients on development opportunities and for English Partnerships (the urban regeneration agency) as a Development Surveyor. More recently I have acted as a residential valuation surveyor whilst lecturing.

My main interests are development, planning and valuation.

During a career gap I worked as a member of staff for Raleigh International (the youth development charity), travelling to Belize and living in the Jungle for three months. I then took on the role of Director of Operations at their HQ in London.

I have worked as a Senior Lecturer at Kingston University for more than ten years and am an Associate Tutor for the University College of Estate Management.
