What happens on results day?

I have an unconditional offer

If you have an unconditional offer we will have already confirmed your place on UCAS Track, so you can proceed with Stage 1: Online enrolment to Kingston University from Thursday 22 August. Keep a look out for our emails!

I have a conditional offer

If you're studying for A-Levels or BTECs log into OSIS (Online Student Information System) or UCAS Track on your results day to see if you have secured your place at Kingston University.

If you're not taking A-levels or BTECs, please email your results to admissionsops@kingston.ac.uk as soon as you receive them so we can confirm your place. Please ensure that you include your Kingston University ID number or UCAS application number in the subject line of your email.

Once your place is confirmed you will be able to proceed with Stage 1: Online enrolment to Kingston University from Thursday 22 August via the online enrolment tab on OSIS. You must complete this before you arrive for Stage 2: In-person enrolment.

What if I don't get the results I need?

First log into OSIS or UCAS Track to see whether you have been offered a place at Kingston University. If you miss your grades by a small margin, we may still be able to accept you on your chosen course or on an alternative course to suit your interests.

If this is not the case, please call our Clearing hotline on 0800 0483 334 (or +44 20 8328 1149 if you are calling from outside the UK) and speak to our friendly team who will be able to guide you through your options.

Clearing hotline advice

Our Clearing hotline is open now and throughout the summer. On A-Level results day (Thursday 15 August) our Clearing hotline can be very busy, so we will be open from 7.30am - 6.00pm. Our hotliners will be able to provide information on the courses we have available and guide you through the Clearing process.

How to log into OSIS

You should have received an email from us with your username (Kingston University ID) and password to log into our Online Student Information System (OSIS).

Log into OSIS If it's your first time you'll be prompted to change your temporary password (the one that we sent you) to a permanent one (that you'll find easier to remember). If you forget your OSIS password, you can reset your password online.

If you experience any problems with OSIS, please log an enquiry with the University's IT Service Desk, providing your name, Kingston University ID and information about the problem you are having. Or you can contact them (Monday to Friday 8.00am-6.30pm) via 020 8417 3355 or Live Chat.
