About
Following the awards of MEng and MSc in Chemical engineering at University of Birmingham and a PhD in Kingston University, where I evaluated the antioxidant composition of teas via chemical and biological profiling, I started my academic career at Kingston University.
Since the start of my academic career, I have continued to develop my research interests further, which are:
Natural products, Food science, Nutrition, Functional Foods, Antioxidants, Pro-oxidants, Oxidative Stress, inflammation, Spectroscopy, Analysis and development.
