What is the Foresight, Creativity and Future of Work Research and Knowledge Exchange Hub?
The research and knowledge exchange hub focus on enhancing decision making under uncertainty, fostering innovation and technology management, and improving modern work environments.
Our team of experts in strategy, design, innovation, psychology, HR and management collaborates on research that addresses the challenges of dynamic industries and evolving workplaces.
By examining tech-driven and inclusive solutions, we aim to help SMEs and large companies sustain their competitive advantage and create healthier workplaces for all.

Key projects
Some of the key research projects in the the Foresight, Creativity and Future of Work Research and Knowledge Exchange Hub include:
- Foresight in Digital Health SMEs: research on the design of new foresight methodology for supporting innovation and the development of new technologies SMEs.
- Roadmapping and Innovation: Research on how leading world manufactures can design and apply new approaches to product design and technology transfer
- Industry scenarios and strategy: research on how scenario planning can support long term plans and investment decisions in fast growing companies
- AI and the disruption of work: Studies how AI and other global changes reshape work norms.
- Global perspectives on job security: Examining precarious work, especially in emerging economies, and promoting equitable, inclusive work policies.
