The APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) is the professional qualification for property surveyors. Getting chartered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) involves passing the APC. This course is part of a wide range of technical and professional courses offered by Kingston University to help candidates prepare for their final assessment.
This course is tailored for those taking the construction pathways and preparing to take their APC. It covers 19 technical topics appropriate to various construction pathways and tutor-led groups discussing the revised APC submission documents. The preparation course is supported by a 1,000-page technical support course reader and a question bank of practice questions.
This course prepares candidates for their final RICS assessment.
