Service Desk

The Service Desk supports central computers (and other hardware) and offers help and advice on the services, accounts, software and procedures supported by Information Services.

The Service Desk also provides first line support for library and LRC queries by email or phone.

First line support in person is provided by LRC staff on each campus.

Laptop Information Clinic

The Laptop Information Clinic is based in the Penrhyn Road LRC to support students connecting in Halls.
